Actually, my life is relatively interesting. But.

Tonight my family and I went out to Mongolian Barbecue and got to talking about vegetarianism. I don't think I could do that, but after giving it some thought, I think I could easily give up red meat. The only thing I'd actually miss is cheezburgerz. I could has tofu burger though. Or more accurately, black bean burgers. Also bacon, but I had all of a crumble of it when I was in Europe. Slovakia has got it going on w/ regards to bacon- one teeny chunk seasons the entire dish!

The only thing that could complicate this is Easter. Ham I could reluctantly give up, but kielbasa? FUCK NO. Maybe I'll give up all red meat except kielbasa? Or only eat kielbasa at holidays? Sounds good to me...
